Sailing World Championships begins tomorrow in Aarhus, Denmark, and the Wiemspro athlete Blanca Manchón (Seville, March 6, 1987) will try to get her second participation in the Olympic Games.

Five times World Champion and Olympic Diploma in Athens 2004 in RS:X, she was about to throw in the towel when she lost almost all the sponsors after becoming pregnant in 2016. But Blanca is not one of those who gives up, and twelve weeks after giving birth, she participated in the pre-olympic team selection tests and passed.

It´s usual to find photos on social networks accompanied by her son Noah both in training and in competition. She ensures that it´ss compatible and, as she is demonstrating, motherhood is not the end of the career of an elite athlete.

From Wiemspro we send all our support to this great fighter. We wish Blanca the best for this World Championship and we hope to see her in Tokyo fighting for the medals.
