Nathalie Marie Moellhausen
Professional fencer specialized in the sword modality
She’s an athlete who competes in fencing. She’s a sword specialist. She represented Italy at the 2012 Olympics in London. In 2014 she accepted an offer from the Brazilian Fencing Federation. Since then, she has been competing for Brazil.
She started sports at the age of five in school. When she was nine years old she began training at a local gym.
Between 2009 and 2019 she won four medals at the World Fencing Championships. Between 2007 and 2011 she won three medals at the European Fencing Championships.
Nathalie Moellhausen participated in two Summer Olympics. In Rio de Janeiro 2016, she ranked 6th in the individual event. In London 2012 she ranked 7th in the team tournament. She won gold in individual sword at the 2019 World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.
Nathalie’s an ambassador and trainer for the Muscle Electrostimulation (EMS) training method since 2014.
She’s a lover and passionate about culture: art, dance, fashion, music, gastronomy and fitness. In 2017 started 5Touches, her personal brand and her artistic project. The objective: to transmit a new image of fencing around the world.
