I HAVE BEEN LINKED TO SPORT SINCE MY CHILDHOOD, FEDERATED ATHLETE OF HANDBALL DURING 15 YEARS UNTIL I DISCOVERED THE CROSSFIT
After his stage as handball player and trainer, that physical education teacher discovered Crossfit almost by chance and started training in Málaga. With 4 years of hard training, where electrostimulation plays an important role, Paco Bravo has achieve to make a name in the Crossfit world, particularly in the mode of Máster 35.
“I have been linked to sport since my childhood, federated athlete of handball during 15 years in a national level. Subsequently and due to my teacher experience of physical education, I have tried and practiced every kind of sports, until 4 years ago I discovered the CrossFit”
