Roberto Bautista Agut (Benlloch, Castellón, April 14th, 1988) is considered one of the best professional Spanish tennis players. In 2009 he was the winner of one gold and one bronze medal in the Mediterranean Games, held in Pescara. He won his first ATP World Tour tournament in 2014, year in which he reached the 14th ranking and the tennis award with the best progression of the season. In 2019 he was declared winner of the Qatar ExxonMobil Open 2019, winning over figures such as Novak Đoković (# 1 in the ATP ranking). He has managed to reach 16 finals of ATP tournaments, winning in nine of them.
